 Why my“Menu” Button is non-responsive?

1. When your dashcam is in recording, the Menu button won’t work and you need to press the “OK” button to stop recording, and then you can access the menu settings.
2. When the motion detection function is on, it may be hard to access the menu as the motion sensor is very sensitive. Some tips to solve this problem:

• You can remove the SD card and then set the menu;
• You can cover the lens with your hand when you set the menu;
• We’d prefer to suggest you turn off the “motion detection” of this dash camera while driving to ensure seamless video recording and smooth settings.

Why did my dashcam CR750 shut up immediately after disconnecting to the external power supply?

The function of built-in battery is just for emergency recording and save settings. Please keep the dash cam plugged in, this dual car camera will shut down after 3 seconds when there is no external power connection.

Warm Tips:

1. Please prepare a Class 10 SDHC Micro SD card(NOT INCLUDED) with a capacity of 32GB max and format the card on the computer to FAT32 and 64 KB, then format it again on a dual dashcam.
